Every story is filtered and arranged for emotional variety, narrative impact, and moderation to ensure a safe, high-quality experience.

Shareable Private Feed

Do I need technical expertise?
Not at all. StoryStream is designed for non-technical event teams. A simple interface and guided setup allow you to launch within hours. We also provide onboarding support for larger activations.

Setup & Event Logistics

When should I book StoryStream for my event?
We recommend booking as soon as your event date and location are confirmed: at least 4–6 weeks out for large-scale setups. For smaller activations, we can accommodate faster timelines based on availability.

What equipment do I need on-site?
Depending on your activation, you may require:

  • A kiosk or touchscreen station (wifi may be required)

  • A tablet or mobile device

  • Display monitors or a “photo wall” screen

  • QR codes or signage for guest uploads

Does StoryStream support remote or hybrid events?
Yes. You can use StoryStream for in-person, virtual, or hybrid events. For remote guests, we provide web upload links and mobile-compatible interfaces.

Content Capture & Guest Experience

How do guests upload their photos/videos?
Guests can:

  • Scan a custom QR code at the event to upload straight from their phone

  • Use a kiosk or photo booth station provided at the event

  • Submit via mobile web link (no app download required)

Is there a limit to the number of uploads we can receive?
There is no hard cap on uploads for standard packages. However, for large events (with 10,000+ uploads), we recommend planning for sufficient bandwidth and storage.

Can I display content live at the event?
Yes. StoryStream supports live display walls, slideshow feeds, and branded screens. You can moderate what appears and manage the flow in real time. Those screens are not included in your StoryStream purchase.

Support & Troubleshooting

How long after the event can I access the content?
Uploads are live and accessible immediately. After the event, you retain full access to the content for 12 months in the standard package. Archive or extended access packages are available upon request.

Frequently Asked Operational Questions

What happens to guest content after the event?
Your guest uploads are yours to keep. You may download, share or repurpose them in your marketing. We do not claim ownership of guest-generated content. You may also opt to automatically store uploads in your cloud or CRM.

Do guests need to register or download an app?
No. Guests simply scan a QR code or click a link; no registration or download required. This reduces friction and increases participation.

Does StoryStream work offline, or if WiFi is weak?
Yes. We offer offline capture modes and mobile-device caching. If connectivity is compromised, we buffer uploads and sync when a connection is restored.

Can I run StoryStream for multiple events or campaigns?
Absolutely! You can license StoryStream as a platform across an event series, multiple locations, or recurring campaigns. Each activation can have unique branding and upload flows.
